Baby Stamey's 7 Month Mini Session at Taylor Park

A few weeks ago I go the chance to hang out with the Stamey family and their littlest one for his 7 month shoot.  This little guys is such a sweetie!  We headed to Taylor Park about an hour before sunset to get some shots of this little man.   It was a beautiful night and all three boys were just so well behaved...they even helped me with my reflector ;) Enjoy some of my favorites and Happy Friday!!

Joan + Greg at the Don CeSar St. Petersburg, Florida: Could an Elopement be for you?

I got the honor of meeting Joan and Greg for their intimate elopement at the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg, Florida.  I am excited to share these images because I want to show how special and intimate elopements can be!  Just don't forget to hire a photographer to come document the special occasion.  Just because you elope it doesn't mean that your wedding is any less important; you are going to want to share and remember the event for the rest of your life, so don't diminish the importance of hiring a photographer...ahem...I'm available to travel to your destination wedding :)

Before we started the ceremony we took some portraits inside and around the beautiful hotel.  Oh and don't you just love Joan's beautiful bouquet?!! It shows that simple can be so uniquely beautiful.  Enjoy!

Erin and Mike - Bon' Appetit Dunedin, Florida

The first time I met Erin I was captured by her sweet disposition.  She has such a kind spirit and is really someone you find easy to talk to.  I was so honored that she chose us to record her special memories on her wedding day.

You may remember Mike and Erin's Engagement shoot post here. That has all the details of the beginning of their love story...

Here's the first day of their forever as man and wife!!!

I loved Erin's Cinderella style dress from David's Bridal!

While I was taking shots of Erin's dress I got a history lesson!! Erin's Grandfather and Great Uncle were both in the same war and didn't know it..found each other on bases through some of the other soldiers recognizing their unique last name.

I really loved the florals she chose from Hassel Florists

They were ready to party :)

I wore them out taking pictures...

My second shooter grabbed some shots of the men! :)

Apparently this is what groomsmen do while they wait inside for the wedding to start.

Erin and Mike got married at Curlew Methodist Church.  It's one of the oldest churches in Pinellas County.

bustling the wedding dress

Bustling the dress is like a fine art.

The beautiful reception took place at Bon' Appetit in Dunedin, Florida...LOVED the view!!

In the middle of their first dance everyone was invited to join in!

DJ Jeff T. from Grant Hemond and Associates, Inc. kept the party hoppin!

 This just makes me smile!!

Loved how the centerpieces really brought out her color palette at night

Congrats on your happily ever after Erin and Mike!!  Thank you for including me in your special day!!

XOXO-Melissa
