Cheryl + Steve: A 30th Anniversary Ceremony Surprise | Indian Rocks Beach, FL

   Steve and Cheryl are more familiar to me as "Mr. and Mrs. Sitton" because I grew up with their daughter.   We were best buds all through out middle and high school, we go way back!   :)  It was my honor and privilege to participate in attending and helping out with the festivities of the day.  (I do want to mention that these images might not be up to par as if I was hired simply because I was a guest and did take time enjoy the party as well..didn't hire second shooters etc :) 

You may recognize their youngest son Cody from a senior session I did earlier this year.  That session and this event both hold a special place in my heart.

The day of the party I found out that it was actually going to be a surprise ceremony...How fun!!!  Jessy had a dress waiting for her Mom (Cheryl) and an outfit waiting for her Dad.  Everyone helped chip in and Cheryl's sister had also done a lot of orchestrating food and other details as well.  Here are some images to help you see how the night unfolded.  It was truly an emotional night and I have to admit I was crying behind the lens while trying to take pictures :)

 Everyone formed a line for Cheryl to walk through to meet Steve...there were some surprises along the way!

The first portion of her bouquet was given to her by her brother...a very unexpected and special surprise guest for Cheryl!
